Fujitsu Releases F-04B: A Pico Projector And Phone In One

The Fujitsu F-04B is not your typical projector or mobile phone. If you’re into miniature gadgets, then this is a must-have for you! The Fujitsu F-04B has a 3.4-inch display screen and slide-out keyboard (you have the option to separate this). In place of the keyboard, you can connect a 845 x 480 pico-projector. That makes this Fujitsu F-04B a one-of-a-kind dual-device gadget.

If you separate the keyboard, it can communicate to the screen through its Bluetooth capability. It can act as a keypad, microphone, speaker and game pad. It can also serve as a remote control when you are using the pico-projector.

For an ordinary mobile phone, the Fujitsu F-04B’s 12-megapixel camera takes incredible-looking photos. If this is not enough to wow you, the Fujitsu F-04B also has touchscreen ability, so it almost feels like owning high-tech gadgets like the iPhone.

This pico-projector and phone was first shown during the CEATEC 2008. But according to Akihabara News, Fujitsu and DoCoMo have already partnered to release this Fujitsu F-04B. There is no word yet though how much this will cost, and when it will be available.
