Pro-View Wireless Camera Can Be Controlled From 500 Feet Away

People might get confused as to how exactly this Pro-View Wireless Camera Display unit can work with an ordinary dSLR. The point is: this two-part gadget uses a video camera to peek into the optical viewfinder of a dSLR. It then beams the image up to 500 feet, which can be viewed on a 640 x 480 LCD screen.

The transmitted can be compatible with various dSLRs including Canon, Nikon, Olympus and Sony. You can use this device with four of these with one screen/receiver unit. You can flip through them or display all four displays at once. The transmitter can last up to four hours while the display can last for 10 hours.

However, if you like something that can trigger the camera itself, you might need to buy a separate remote control for that one.

The Pro-View retails for $400.
